Satisfying AI Users: A Heterogeneous SoC Approach

09 Sep 2025
Rivos is building chips and systems for AI using a “workload defined” approach to satisfy user requests. Efficient with today's models and the latest research models. Racks provisioned with tens of kW and new-build with hundreds of kW. Systems with x86 host and dense self-hosted AI appliances. Emphasizing recompile-not-redesign, air cooling as well as direct-liquid, lower TCO, Rivos has designed its multi-chiplet SoC from the ground up around AI software workloads, frameworks, and APIs. Rivos will share key design considerations behind building a differentiated, scalable solution for AI and analytic workloads
