Aanchal Sharma is Senior Director of Product at Astera Labs, where she leads product management for the Signal Connectivity Group, spanning the Aries portfolio of PCIe retimers, gearboxes, and Smart Cable Modules, and the Taurus portfolio of Ethernet retimers, gearboxes and Smart Cable Modules. She drives product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market execution for connectivity solutions powering next-generation AI and cloud infrastructure, and has scaled multiple products from concept to high-volume production in close partnership with hyperscalers. Prior to Astera Labs, she served as Chief of Staff for the Cloud and Enterprise Business Unit at Intel PSG and worked in applications engineering supporting datacenter customers. Aanchal holds a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from University of Florida and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from PES University.
