Alan Benjamin

President & CEO, GigaIO

Alan Benjamin is President and CEO of GigaIO, a pioneer in delivering datacenter-class computing at the edge. Alan is one of the visionaries behind GigaIO’s innovative solutions. He was most recently COO of Pulse Electronics – an $800M communication components and subsystem supplier, and was previously CEO of Excelsus Technologies. Earlier, Alan helped lead PDP, a true start-up, to a successful acquisition for $80M by a strategic buyer in year three. Alan started his career at Hewlett-Packard in Sales Support and quickly moved into management positions in Product Marketing and R&D. He graduated from Duke University with a BSEE in Electrical Engineering and attended the Harvard Business School AMP program, as well as UCSD's LAMP program.
