Andy Mills is Vice President of Advanced Memory Product Development at Penguin Solutions, where he leads the development and strategy of next-generation technologies including Penguin’s MemoryAI^™ family of memory appliances, CXL^® add-in-cards, and memory appliance fabric management software.. Drawing on his deep expertise in systems architecture, engineering, product strategy, and technology roadmapping, Andy helps drive innovation from concept to commercialization while shaping the company's long-term technology vision.

Before joining Penguin Solutions, Andy served as Chief Executive Officer, co-founder, and chief architect of Emmotus, Inc. He previously held senior leadership roles at Dot Hill Systems and Ciprico, where he led engineering and product development initiatives that advanced enterprise storage and infrastructure technologies.

Andy holds Masters and Bachelors Honors Degrees in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Bangor University in the UK.
