Archana Suregaonkar
Archana Suregaonkar is a Member of Technical Staff at Amazon AGI Lab, where she builds infrastructure for large-scale AI training and evaluation systems. With more than 10 years of engineering experience across cloud platforms, distributed systems, and AI infrastructure, she currently focuses on improving GPU utilization, inference throughput, and reliability for large language model post-training and evaluation workloads.
She works on compute orchestration, workload routing, and infrastructure optimization for agentic and multimodal AI systems at scale. Prior to her current role, she helped build a browser-use agent harness featured at Amazon re:Invent, contributing to orchestration, session lifecycle management, safety guardrails, trajectory storage, and production deployment automation. Earlier, she worked on AWS CloudFormation and large-scale Amazon Retail systems.
She holds an M.S. in Computer Science from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Outside of work, she enjoys running and skydiving.
