Ayman Abouelwafa

Ayman Abouelwafa is the Chief Product Officer of Ferroelectric Memory Company (FMC), where he is responsible for the commercialization of FMC’s nvDRAM technology.
Ayman is also an HPE Fellow and former CTO of HPE’s Storage division, as well as the former CTO of Hitachi’s Storage business. He holds master’s degrees in Computer Engineering and Electrical Engineering, along with an MBA in Technology Management.
A recognized keynote speaker, Ayman holds numerous patents and has published extensively in the fields of enterprise storage, memory technologies, and data centers.
