C. Vijayakumar (CVK) is the CEO and Managing Director of HCLTech, a $15 billion global technology company with over 223,000 professionals across 60 countries. Since becoming CEO in 2016, he has led HCLTech's transformation into a global technology leader, driving sustained growth, expanding its global footprint, and strengthening its market leadership.

At the helm of HCLTech's strategy, CVK has driven the company's growth blueprint through key innovations in AI, Digital, Cloud, Engineering and Cybersecurity. Under his leadership, HCLTech has emerged as a leader in enterprise AI, with its Advanced AI business approaching a $700 million annualized revenue run rate. He has also been instrumental in launching and scaling the company's Software product portfolio into a billion-dollar business. CVK serves on the World Economic Forum's IT Governors Community, the US-India Business Council, and the WSJ CEO Council. Under his leadership, HCLTech has been recognized among Fortune's World's Most Admired Companies and as one of the World's Most Ethical Companies by Ethisphere. CVK also champions the UN Global Compact's Water Resilience Coalition.
