Christian Bolden
Christian Bolden is a strategist, author, and advisor focused on the intersection of artificial intelligence, digital infrastructure, and economic competitiveness. As Founder and Principal of The Bolden Group, he leads a strategic advisory firm helping organizations navigate the institutional, political, and execution challenges shaping the next generation of AI-era infrastructure.
Bolden is the creator of Responsible Growth™, a framework examining how governance, stakeholder alignment, and institutional capacity influence the success of large-scale infrastructure deployment initiatives. His work explores a defining challenge of the AI era: the widening gap between technological advancement and society’s ability to deploy the infrastructure required to support it.
A former Congressional staffer who served on the U.S. House Committee on Homeland Security, Bolden is a Fulbright Scholarship awardee and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Mobile, an MBA from Syracuse University’s Whitman School of Management, and a Master of Public Administration from Cornell University’s Brooks School of Public Policy. He authored “Beyond ‘Build Faster’: Responsible Growth and the New Governance Standard for America’s Digital Infrastructure Boom,” published in the Cornell Policy Review, and serves on the Fulbright Association's Natonal Board of Directors.
