Frank Han

Frank Han is a Technical Staff engineer in the AI & HPC Innovation Lab at Dell Technologies, specializing in AI and high-performance computing (HPC) performance evaluation and optimization. With more than 16 years of experience in GPU computing, HPC clusters, and large-scale computing systems, he has played a key role in benchmarking, profiling, and optimizing AI and HPC workloads across enterprise server and cluster platforms.

Since 2020, Frank has been an active contributor to the MLPerf Training and MLPerf Inference benchmark suites, participating in every submission cycle and helping drive performance evaluation and optimization across modern AI infrastructure. As Co-Chair of the MLPerf Inference Working Group, he works with MLCommons members and industry stakeholders to coordinate benchmark development efforts, foster collaboration across organizations, and advance industry-standard approaches for AI performance measurement.
