Heather Carroll is the chief revenue officer at Path Robotics, where she leads the company’s commercial strategy and works with customers and partners to advance the use of physical AI in manufacturing. Her work sits at the intersection of technology, policy and industrial transformation, with a focus on how AI-driven automation can strengthen supply chains, rebuild industrial capacity and support long-term competitiveness. Before joining Path Robotics in 2024, Heather served as chief executive officer at Takeoff Technologies and as chief revenue officer at Covariant. She also held senior leadership roles at Dematic. Across more than two decades in industrial automation, robotics and supply chain systems, she has worked closely with global manufacturers and logistics providers to deploy technology that addresses complex operational challenges. Heather is known for her ability to connect emerging technologies to the practical realities of industrial operations. She is a frequent speaker on the role of physical AI in addressing workforce shortages in welding and regularly engages with policymakers, including the Congressional Robotics Caucus in Washington, D.C. She is also a commissioner on the National Security Commission on Robotics for Advanced Manufacturing. She has spoken before the Department of Commerce and the Council on Foreign Relations as an industry expert on physical AI and robotics, helping to shape national policy to reindustrialize American manufacturing.
