Hira Dangol is the Founder and CEO of GenEye, an enterprise AI transformation company building technology and solutions to help organizations move from AI experimentation to governed, production-scale AI execution. Based in Silicon Valley, Hira is a recognized AI executive, thought leader, and frequent speaker on enterprise AI transformation, AI infrastructure, intelligent automation, and AI governance.

Previously, Hira served as Head of AI Enablement at Analog Devices, where he led enterprise-wide AI enablement and adoption across business units. Prior to that, he was VP of AI/ML and Automation Platform at Bank of America, leading AI strategy and execution across platforms, products, enterprise AI development, and AI risk management. Earlier in his career, he held engineering and technology leadership roles at Cisco Systems and AT&T.

With more than two decades of experience spanning AI, machine learning, platforms, automation, and enterprise technology, Hira has advised technology companies, startups, investors, and executive organizations across Silicon Valley. He serves in advisory and executive leadership roles across CIO/CDAO forums, AI networks, and technology organizations.

Hira is a contributing co-author of Machine Learning in the Real World: An Introduction to MLOps, published from Cambridge University Press, and co-author of an upcoming Enterprise AI CXO book featuring leaders from industry, venture capital, startups and academia. He is a frequent keynote speaker, panelist, and boardroom discussion leader at leading technology and AI forums, CIO/CDAO executive summits, and universities, including MIT, Stanford, and Harvard.
