Joseph Baco is Vice President of Business Development at Primemas, based in the company's Santa Clara office, where he drives go-to-market strategy and customer growth for the company's chiplet-based silicon platforms serving AI, memory, data center, and custom chiplet markets. He brings more than three decades of silicon product and program leadership from Intel Corporation, where he most recently led product strategy for the Nova Lake client SoC platform -- representing 50-60% of Intel's annual revenue -- and previously directed the $1.5B Ponte Vecchio AI/HPC GPU program that powers the Aurora exascale supercomputer at Argonne National Laboratory. Earlier in his Intel career, he founded and led the company's enterprise-wide IP Technical Program Management Office, saving an estimated $10B in R&D spend across a 400+ deliverable, 60+ SoC portfolio. Joseph holds Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Computer Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology, holds two U.S. patents, and is a recipient of the Intel Achievement Award, the company's highest honor for technical and leadership excellence.
