Katie Hilborn is a 10x award-winning humanitarian and Founder & Managing Director of Regenerative Infrastructure Holdings (RIH), where she co-architected the joint-venture structure, Community Trust framework, and capital strategy behind RIH’s Regenerative Intelligence Infrastructure™ model — renewable-powered AI data centers anchored in Indigenous trusts. Of her twenty years in international development, fifteen centered on Nepal — including the 2015 earthquake response — where she built extensive relationships across development, energy, and financial sectors, and originated and completed three critical-infrastructure projects. She also founded Compass Rose International, building the Girls INpowerment Center in Nepal from earthquake relief into a self-sustaining model of housing, education, and income generation. Her honors include the Anthem Award, multiple Telly Awards, and the President’s Volunteer Service Award Lifetime Achievement. RIH is now extending the model to new geographies.
