Konstantinos "kp" Papamiltiadis is the Senior Vice President of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Product Partnerships. Supporting collaborations that are fundamental to OCI's adoption and the acceleration of Al workflows for both frontier Al labs and enterprises around the world. His work focuses on building the partner ecosystem that underpins Oracle's next chapter of cloud and Al innovation.

ecosystems, and leading high-impact partnerships across some of the world's most influential
companies. With a builder's mindset shaped by curiosity, urgency, and a deep belief in the power of collaboration, kp has spent his career helping products scale by aligning emerging technologies with practical, business-driven applications. He specializes in structuring complex product and platform partnerships, accelerating ecosystem growth, and bringing new capabilities to market through cross-functional execution.
kp has led transformational partner efforts across consumer tech, entertainment, commerce, and telecom-including work with Microsoft, Google, Spotify, Pinterest, Disney, Ticketmaster, Shopify, Sephora, and Verizon. At Meta and Snap, he helped launch new platforms, expand developer ecosystems, and guide product strategy informed by client needs and market opportunity. His approach blends strategic insight with hands-on operational leadership to deliver sustainable, scalable value for partners and platforms alike.
