Mahi Rayasam, PhD, is the Senior Vice President of Customer Technology Innovation at Eli Lilly and Company. He joined Lilly in April 2025. With experience as a former McKinsey partner and founder/CEO of McKinsey’s $100 million health care analytics platform, as a product leader at Microsoft for Xbox and Surface, and as a senior engineer at AMD, Mahi brings Lilly a mix of entrepreneurial spirit, technical depth, and healthcare savvy. He has a B. Tech in Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras, a PhD in AI and Applied Mathematics from Purdue University, and an MBA from Northwestern University.
