Manish Kadakia is a Vice President of Infrastructure at Meta and has been at the company for over 14 years. In his current role, Manish leads several teams that are responsible for providing engineering and operation functions to Meta’s global data center team such as software engineering, robotics, network deployment and support, logistics, and business operations. His teams play a critical role in enabling Meta’s large-scale, multi-gigawatt data center sites and play an integral role in connecting over three billion people across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.) all over the world. 

Manish began his career after college as a network engineer and naturally transitioned into management. He has been in a leadership role for over 25 years and has extensive experience managing large organizations. Manish takes great pride in driving innovation through AI, robotics, and automation, as well as building and developing world-class teams. Under his leadership, his team has enabled Meta's data centers to operate more efficiently at unprecedented scale.

Prior to joining Meta, Manish held various infrastructure leadership roles at Hewlett-Packard and Blue Coat Systems, with a keen focus on network, security, data centers, telecom, and automation.
