Mitalee Gujar is a global technology executive and advisory board member with expertise in scaling engineering, AI, and infrastructure. She is recognized for driving enterprise growth through
technology innovation, organizational transformation, and strategic oversight—delivering measurable impact in revenue, productivity, and cost efficiency. She currently serves as Director of Engineering for eCommerce Foundations for Amazon and oversees global networking and connectivity infrastructure that powers 100K+ Amazon retail services worldwide. Her mission is to consolidate and modernize connectivity infrastructure to be cloud-native, zero-trust, highly scalable across AWS regions, and adaptive to an environment where humans, services and agents co-exist. At Google, she led engineers, product managers, and scientists to build an AI-powered omnichannel advertising sales platform that generated over a billion dollars in incremental revenue by doubling sales productivity and advertiser reach. She serves on the Advisory Board of WAKE International, an organization that advances women’s rights and social justice through technology and partnerships.
