Mitesh Agrawal is the Chief Executive Officer of Positron AI, the company building energy-efficient, high-performance inference systems for generative AI. Under his leadership, Positron became one of only three companies — alongside Nvidia and AMD — to secure hyperscaler business for AI inference hardware. Before Positron AI, Mitesh spent seven years at Lambda, where as Chief Operating Officer and a founding team member he built the company's GPU cloud business with revenue over $800M ARR, engineering and sales organization, and supply chain into one of the leading AI infrastructure platforms.
