Muddu Sudhakar is SVP & GM, IT Service & HR Service at Salesforce. He is an entrepreneur, investor, board member, and enterprise technology leader with deep expertise in Agentic AI, Generative AI, Cloud, SaaS, cybersecurity, product strategy, go-to-market execution, and enterprise market development.

Over the past 25+ years, Muddu has built and scaled businesses across both startups and large public companies. He has led product, engineering, customer success, sales, and go-to-market teams, helping drive ARR growth from $100M to $1B+ in public-company environments and from $0 to $100M+ in startup settings.

Muddu is the founding CEO and co-founder of several enterprise technology startups, including Aisera, Caspida, Cetas, Rio Design, Kazeon, and Sanera. He has also held senior leadership roles at ServiceNow, Splunk, VMware, EMC, and SGI, where he led large teams and delivered major product and platform releases across enterprise markets.

In addition to his operating roles, Muddu is actively involved as a mentor, coach, board member, and investor, working with startup founders, executives, and companies focused on Enterprise AI, Cloud, SaaS, and cybersecurity.
