Nicolas is a Principal in Microsoft’s global data center organization, where he leads the construction delivery strategy and execution performance across a multi-billion-dollar portfolio of projects. His expertise spans large-scale capital project delivery, commercial and contracting strategy, project performance improvement, and digital enablement of construction programs. Prior to Microsoft, Nicolas was with Partners in Performance, advising infrastructure, mining, and utility clients on complex capital programs totaling $20bn, where he developed portfolio-level strategies and drove step-change operational improvements.
