Nicolas Rbeiz is a Senior Director in Alvarez & Marsal's Infrastructure & Capital Projects practice in Washington, DC. He has over 17 years of experience helping owners, investors and operators plan, deliver and scale capital project portfolios, spanning more than $50B of programs across data centers, infrastructure, energy, real estate, mining and natural resources. Prior to joining A&M, Nicolas was a Principal at Microsoft, where he led delivery strategy for the company's data center development portfolio, building the performance controls, governance and AI-enabled tooling to compress time to market across its capital program. He also serves as an adjunct lecturer in Georgetown University's Real Estate master's program.
