Nicole Schmit joined GIP in 2019 and is based in New York. She is a Principal focused on data center infrastructure investments. Her transaction experience at GIP includes CyrusOne, the AI Infrastructure Partnership (AIP), and Hess Midstream. Nicole’s responsibilities include origination, structuring, execution, monitoring, and exit strategy for investments in the digital infrastructure sector. Prior to joining GIP, Nicole worked in the investment banking division at Citi.
