Nishtha Goel
Nishtha Goel is a Senior Software Engineer at Oracle, where she builds AI systems for large-scale incident management, applying large language models to incident grouping, root cause analysis, and operational knowledge retrieval at cloud-scale production environments. Her work has resulted in a U.S. patent application pending with the USPTO covering adaptive LLM-based incident grouping with feedback learning, with additional patent filings in preparation. She holds an MS in Computer Science from the University of Southern California. Her research focuses on how large language models can transform AIOps , specifically the unsolved problems of intelligent incident correlation, autonomous root cause reasoning, and self-improving operational AI.
