Omri Bruchim is the Engineering Group Lead of the AI Platform Group at monday.com, where he leads the development of trustworthy, production-ready AI systems that power the Monday's next-generation as AI work platform. With nearly 20 years of experience in software engineering and leadership, including a GM role at Wix and founding a real-time data platform, he holds degrees from Ben-Gurion University and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
