Paul Deepakraj Retinraj is a Distinguished Engineer at Scale AI, where he sets the long-term technical direction for the Scale GenAI Platform (Agentic OS) and shapes architectural decisions company-wide to deliver advanced AI capabilities to enterprise customers. Previously, as GenAI Agent Architect at Salesforce, he led agent engineering architecture and built an agent platform with evaluation and context-improvement capabilities. Before that, he was an ML Architect at Oracle, where he built an ML platform from the ground up. His industry and research work focuses on agent evaluations, agent harnesses, continual learning, agent context graphs, agent optimization and hillclimbing, and agentic platform architecture.
