Preet Virk is Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Photonic Fabric
Business Unit at Marvell. In this role, he is responsible for defining the business and
product strategy for Photonic Fabric™ and leading cross-functional execution to scale
customer adoption.
Preet is a seasoned technology and business leader with more than 35 years of
experience building, transforming, and scaling global technology organizations. He
joined Marvell through the acquisition of Celestial AI, where he served as Co-Founder
and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to Celestial AI, he held leadership roles at MACOM,
Freescale, and Mindspeed Technologies, where he led networking semiconductor
businesses and drove sustained growth and innovation.
Preet holds an M.S. in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from Worcester Polytechnic
Institute, and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Thapar Institute of Technology
