Sadia Raveendran
Sadia Raveendran is the Founding Head of GTM at Hammerhead, where she is tackling the speed-to-power challenge for AI deployment. An energy and clean-tech leader, she has built a career spanning regions, functions, and technologies globally.
Most recently, she led Industry Solutions and the Schneider Electric partnership at AutoGrid (later Uplight), selling grid-flexibility solutions to utilities worldwide. Earlier in her career, she enabled the deployment of utility-scale solar and wind capacity through roles at GE Renewable Energy (now GE Vernova) and Tata Power. She brings a rare end-to-end perspective on demand flexibility, clean energy, orchestration solutions,, and the power demands driving today’s data-center buildout.
Sadia serves on the Board of Women in Cleantech and Sustainability and holds an M.S. from MIT's Technology and Policy Program and a B.A. in Physics and Economics (Honors) from Wellesley College.
