Senthil has delivered multimillion-dollar operational impact across global production facilities, most recently architecting Physical AI platforms that drive smart manufacturing and digital transformation.

He has led high-performing engineering and applied research teams in both startup and enterprise settings, authored 35+ peer-reviewed publications, and holds 7 U.S. patents. Previously, his innovations spanned biomedical imaging, digital twins for surgical planning, and patient-safety technologies.
