Shalini is an engineering leader and architect in Intel’s Silicon Architecture Group with over two decades of expertise in hardware-software co-design, performance architecture, and workload analytics. She specializes in bridging complex architecture with real-world performance, applying AI-driven insights to align technical strategy with future silicon roadmaps. Beyond building high-performance systems, she chairs the Santa Clara Women at Intel (WIN) board and is a dedicated advocate for building inclusive pathways for the next generation of technical talent.
