Shweta Behere is a Senior Engineering Manager at Workday, where she leads cloud platform engineering teams building resilient and scalable infrastructure that powers Workday’s global SaaS platform. With more than 19 years of experience spanning public cloud, storage, virtualization, and cloud infrastructure, Shweta brings deep technical expertise and a strong passion for innovation to the rapidly evolving field of AI infrastructure. Her contributions have resulted in multiple patents and publications.

Shweta serves as Chair of the IEEE Santa Clara Valley Women in Engineering Affinity Group and is a recognized leader in engineering and technology. Her achievements include being named one of the “Top 50 Women of Impact” by Women Impact Tech in 2025 and one of the “30 Outstanding Women in Engineering Leadership in 2024” by the Women Tech Network.
