Terrill Laughton

Terrill Laughton brings over 20 years of experience spanning demand response, digital energy solutions, utility stakeholder relations, and commercial strategy. He spent nearly 15 years at Johnson Controls, culminating as VP/General Manager of their Digital Solutions Business, where he developed and commercialized cloud-based energy management offerings for major multinational accounts. Earlier in his career he held roles in energy stakeholder relations and management consulting at Exelon and McKinsey & Company, and he served on the board of Advanced Energy Economy as a representative of integrated demand resources. Most recently he served as Chief Commercial Officer at Catalyze, a clean energy company focused on solar, storage, and EV charging for commercial and industrial customers. At TransGrid Energy, Terrill leads business development with a focus on utility partnerships and large-load energy customers, including data centers.
