Tim Hall

Tim Hall is Vice President of Data Center Operations at Meta, where he leads the global team responsible for the physical infrastructure that powers Meta's services for more than 3 billion users across the U.S., Canada, Europe, and Asia. His technically diverse organization maintains first-in-class safety, labor continuity, and high standards of availability and operational efficiency.

Prior to Meta, Tim served as Corporate Vice President of Core Data Center Services at Microsoft, overseeing the global availability and efficiency of Microsoft's data centers, including labor, power, and water consumption. Before that, he spent 13 years at Amazon — six as Vice President of Infrastructure Operations at AWS, leading all data center operations across North and South America, and seven in Amazon Fulfillment, where he directed the launch of Amazon's first Robotics Fulfillment Center in Robbinsville, NJ and served as Regional Director of multiple U.S. sites.

Tim began his career as an electrical engineer and went on to hold operations leadership roles in the glass, plastics, and automotive industries. He holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toledo and an MBA from Indiana University.
