Valentina Ratner is Co-Founder and CEO of AllSpice.io, a collaboration platform for teams developing hardware. Prior to launching AllSpice out of graduate school, she worked at Amazon as a PM, managing infrastructure projects and internal productivity tools.

Valentina holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University, an M.S. in Engineering (Computer Science), and an MBA from Harvard. Born and raised in Argentina, she now lives in San Francisco with her family and miniature schnauzer Fritz.

She has been recognized for her leadership in engineering and technology, including being named one of Startups Magazine’s 25 Most Influential Women of 2025, listed among the Top 100 Women Shaping AI Today, and nominated for the Women in Tech Global Awards. Valentina is passionate about transforming how hardware products are designed and brought to market by empowering engineering teams with modern software workflows and AI-driven collaboration tools.
