Venkat Pullela is currently the CTO, AI Infrastructure at Keysight, responsible for Strategy and Emerging Technologies. He is a member of the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) at Ultra Ethernet Consortium (UEC) and the Chair of the Governing Board at Open Programmable Infrastructure (OPI), a Linux Foundation project.

He was previously Sr. Technical Director at Broadcom developing programmable switching technologies like Trident 4, NPL, P4. Earlier he built 8 generations of switching engines for Cat6K switches at Cisco, as a Sr. Director, Engineering.

He has been an invited speaker at industry and academic conferences like P4, ONF

Connect, OCP, Supercomputing, Linux Foundation and SIGCOMM. He holds 25+ patents.

He received the first Pioneer in Technology award from Cisco; Distinguished Alumni award from NIT Warangal. He earned a BS in ECE from NIT Warangal, an MS in CS from IIT, Kanpur and MBA from ISB, India.
